Our Access Control team leads prospecting and transfer initiatives to commercial management, managing a portfolio of subscriptions, functions and promotions of our platform.
This role fits within Comunidad Feliz's commercial ecosystem, with a focus on client escalation and ensuring the smooth transition of opportunities to closure.
You will work closely with sales, marketing and support to understand customer needs, optimize processes and ensure the achievement of goals and KPIs established by the company. We are looking for someone proactive, results-oriented and capable of managing multiple leads with rigor and professional ethics.

Prospecting potential clients and managing the lead database using the HubSpot CRM.
Classification, prioritization and transfer of opportunities to commercial management for closure.
Management of subscriptions, functionalities and access control promotions to identify business opportunities.
Tracking KPIs and deadline agreements; periodic report of progress and results.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience.
Market analysis and customer feedback to adjust commercial strategies and product improvements
We are looking for an Access Control Prospector to drive prospecting and the transition of leads to sales opportunities within Comunidad Feliz.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in intangibles prospecting, excellent oral and written communication, and use of G Suite tools.
Experience in Inside Sales and knowledge of access control and security technology will be an advantage.
You will be responsible for navigating the commercial ecosystem, managing various subscriptions and promotions, and ensuring that each transfer to commercial management is carried out with key information and within defined deadlines.
Experience in Inside Sales.
CRM management (preferably HubSpot).
Knowledge of access control and security technology.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team.
