Job Description

FDA Ingenieros is looking for a Civil Structural Designer to work in the mining sector, to work teleworking.

Requirements:

Professional title: Designer, execution engineer, civil construction technician (career to finish).
For over 10 years, with proven experience in Industrial and/or Mining Structural Projects
Advanced knowledge of structural calculation software
User domain of Word, Excel, Power Point.
Ability to plan and organize work time.
Social teamwork skills.
Compliance with execution deadlines for committed work.
Maintain the quality levels required for each project.
Technical support for the development of multidisciplinary projects.

Main responsibilities of the position:

Develop structural designs of foundations, steel structures, connections, retaining walls, reinforced concrete elements, vibrating equipment, among others.
Lead work teams and provide technical support to collaborators.
Ensure technical accuracy and integrity of design engineering.
Develop technical documents, Design Criteria, Technical Specifications, Calculation Reports. Make models in design software and execute design sheets.
Support for growth and improvement of the discipline through the implementation of good practices in people management and methodologies.
Participation in design reviews, 3D model reviews, workshops, constructability reviews.
Support for the technical evaluation of offers, issuing technical clarifications of the offer, generation of queries, background checks, technical evaluation reports and recommendations.
