Job Description

At Fundación Hogar de Cristo we are looking for a committed, organized and initiative professional who wants to contribute to the management of people in an organization with a social purpose.

We are looking for someone with experience in Recruitment and Selection, the ability to coordinate different initiatives in the area and motivation to contribute to the well-being and development of our collaborators.

Main functions

Manage recruitment and selection processes, from publishing job offers and resume review to coordinating interviews and monitoring candidates.

Coordinate and manage initiatives related to benefits for collaborators, agreements and quality of work life.

Support the coordination and monitoring of activities related to risk prevention and occupational safety.

Organize and coordinate institutional activities, conferences, meetings and initiatives aimed at collaborators.

Monitor assigned activities and processes, maintaining updated records and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Support other people management initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of the area's processes.

Requirements

Professional degree in Psychology, organizational specialty.

Work experience of at least 3 years in Recruitment and Selection and/or people management.

Management of digital tools and management platforms.

Organization, planning, communication and coordination skills.

Autonomy, proactivity and ability to manage different tasks simultaneously.

Service orientation and good interpersonal relationships.

Availability to attend scheduled activities (Ideal residence in RM)
