Psychiatrist

Requirements:
• Degree in Medicine (INDISPENSABLE professional title and certificate).
• Specialty in Psychiatry (title and INDISPENSABLE specialty card).
• Current certification before the corresponding council (desirable).
• Training or experience in telemedicine (desirable).

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric care.
• Experience in outpatient consultation and patient follow-up.
• Previous experience in remote care or digital platforms (desirable).

Technical Knowledge
• Diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
• Psychopharmacology.
• Management of emotional and psychiatric crises.
• Health and legal regulations related to telemedicine.
• Use of videoconferencing platforms and electronic clinical records.
• Protection of personal data and confidentiality of information. Skills and Competencies

Functions and Responsibilities:
• Maintain interdisciplinary communication with psychologists, general practitioners or other specialists when necessary.
• Guide and educate the patient and family about the illness and treatment.
• Detect psychosocial risks, suicidal ideation or psychiatric crisis in a timely manner and activate referral or emergency protocols.
• Provide clinical follow-up and adjust treatments according to the patient's evolution.
• Prepare complete, accurate and updated electronic clinical files based on NOM 004- STPS-1999.
• Prescribe and follow up on pharmacological treatments, in accordance with applicable legislation except controlled.
• Evaluate the patient's mental state and establish clinical diagnoses according to recognized medical criteria.
• Carry out psychiatric consultations using digital means (video call, MIDOCONLINE platforms).

Working Conditions:
• Modality: 100% remote (telemedicine).
• Opening hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Payments of ley from the first day.
• Sueldo: 20,000 gross monthly pesos.",
