Purpose:
Our Eligibility Engine is an integral part of our Revenue Cycle software. Work as part of our development team enhancing and maintaining our eligibility solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute test plans for the eligibility APIs development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Analyze test results and report issues found during testing.
Ensure that APIs adheres to company standards.
Collaborate with business, developers, and other stakeholders to identify test cases.
Collaborate with application developers to investigate problems discovered during testing.
Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT team members.
Conduct regression testing for monthly releases.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced college degree
Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, Katalon, Insomnia, ReadyAPI or SOAPUI.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of healthcare eligibility a plus
Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
Experience working on a project team.
Experience working with SQL databases to query data.
Experience working in a Test Management Tool (JIRA, ADO) a plus.
Experience with test automation a plus
Experience using Agile SDLC
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
Education
Required
Bachelors or better.
Preferred
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
