QA Engineer
in
Santiago, Chile
, to help ensure the quality and reliability of our software through thorough testing and validation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering top-quality products.

Job functions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
Create robust, reusable test scripts
using modern automation tools and languages (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST-assured, etc.).
Integrate AI-powered testing tools
(e.g., model-based testing, intelligent defect prediction, self-healing scripts) to enhance test coverage and reduce manual effort.
Implement CI/CD-integrated test pipelines
using platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and data scientists
to align test strategies with evolving product requirements and AI-driven features.
Perform intelligent defect triaging
using bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure Boards, Jira) and link issues to test failures and root causes.
Continuously optimize test execution
by applying parallelization, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud-based test environments.
Stay current with emerging trends
in AI-assisted testing, autonomous QA, and DevTestOps to drive innovation in quality engineering practices.
Deliver actionable insights
through detailed test reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform stakeholders and guide release decisions.

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: You have proven work experience (min 3 years) in Mobile App Testing and Web Browser Testing.
Tech Stack: Ideally, you have knowledge of following points:
Programming Language & Frameworks: Basic knowledge in Java, JavaScript, C#, TestNG, Selenium.
Databases & OS used: MySQL, MariaDB, Windows, Linux, RedHat, CentOS
Tools & Utilities: Notepad++, Git, MySQL client, SoapUI and Postman
Debug & Test Programs: FinSim and PostMan
Protocols: JSON, SOAP and REST
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
