Job Description

We are looking for a Web Automation QA to join Prime's quality team, with a focus on leading and strengthening the automated testing strategy of the web channel. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining automated functional test suites, ensuring the quality of the main product flows and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the testing process. The profile must have solid experience in web automation, ideally with Playwright, as well as a comprehensive vision of quality that allows you to work collaboratively with development, product, design and DevOps teams. Complementary experience in load testing with K6, monitoring or visualization with Grafana and use of AI applied to testing will be especially valued, including assisted test generation, validation automation and support in QA processes using natural language.

Design, develop and maintain automated tests for the Prime Web channel.
Implement end-to-end functional tests, covering critical business flows such as login, navigation, subscriptions, benefits, payments and associated functionalities.
Define test cases together with development, product and design teams, ensuring clear and measurable acceptance criteria.
Build functional, regression and continuous validation testing plans for each release.
Run exploratory tests when the product context requires it.
Document environments, evidence, results and validation findings.
Integrate automated testing into continuous testing flows in conjunction with technical and DevOps teams.
Detect opportunities for improvement in coverage, efficiency and quality strategy.
Support the validation of integrations between frontend built in Next.js and backend services built in Go.

Exclusionary
Proven experience in automating web functional tests. Use of tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Appium or similar. Solid knowledge in test suite design, validation strategies and automated testing. Experience validating integrations, HTTP requests, logs, tokens and flows between systems. Familiarity with modern architectures, ideally headless and distributed. Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. General knowledge of modern frontend, ideally with context in Next.js, React, TypeScript and API consumption. General knowledge of backend and services/APIs, ideally in environments built with Go.

Training
Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, Software Testing or related field. Equivalent experience in similar roles will also be considered.

Experience in AI-assisted test generation or validation automation with natural language. Development of agents, assistants or prompts focused on testing and continuous validation. Experience in load or stress testing with K6. Knowledge of observability or visualization tools such as Grafana. Experience in Ecommerce, memberships, subscriptions or composable platforms. Knowledge of mobile automation as a complementary skill.
