We're seeking a QA Engineer. We need an engineering-minded professional who can elevate our entire testing strategy, fix what's broken, implement automation, and ensure quality across our complex multi-component platform.
You'll own both strategic QA and hands-on engineering work, including test automation, debugging, and working with modern tools like Claude Code to enhance testing capabilities.

Engineering & Automation (60%)
Architect and implement test automation frameworks across our full stack
Work with Claude Code and AI tools to accelerate test development and debugging
Fix existing test infrastructure - identify what's broken and rebuild it properly
Build comprehensive test suites covering unit, integration, and end-to-end scenarios
Implement CI/CD testing pipelines with Railway
Create automated testing for Chrome extension functionality and content script injection
Build testing frameworks for our TypeScript/Express MCP server
Strategic Quality Assurance (40%)
Design testing strategies for multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Perform complex scenario testing across workspaces, organizations, and permission systems
Test real-time features including Supabase subscriptions and webhooks
Validate security implementations including authentication flows and data isolation
Cross-browser and extension compatibility testing
Performance testing and optimization recommendations
User experience testing with focus on content curation workflows

What we expect:
3+ years QA engineering with automation focus
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills
Experience with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
Technical Requirements
3+ years of QA engineering experience with significant automation focus
Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript (essential)
Experience with modern testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Familiarity with AI development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
Chrome extension testing experience preferred
Engineering Mindset
Problem-solving approach - can diagnose and fix broken test infrastructure
Automation-first mentality - looks for opportunities to eliminate manual work
Code quality focus - writes maintainable, well-documented test code
CI/CD pipeline experience - understands deployment and testing integration
Performance testing knowledge and tools
Domain Knowledge
SaaS platform testing experience, preferably multi-tenant
Real-time application testing (websockets, subscriptions)
Authentication and authorization testing (JWT, OAuth)
Content management system testing experience preferred
Browser extension testing knowledge a plus
