Responsible for guaranteeing the quality of our digital solutions from the design of the test plan to the final validation of each delivery. In this role, you will lead the QA strategy together with Development and Product to reduce risks, detect failures early and ensure that functionalities meet acceptance criteria.
Design, document and execute test cases (manual and/or automated), ensuring traceability with requirements.
Identify, report and track bugs and deviations, coordinating their resolution until closure.
Validate functionalities at different stages of the development cycle: functional testing, regression, integration and others.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements, scope and acceptance criteria.
Ensure compliance with quality standards defined for each release.
Propose continuous improvements in processes, tools and test coverage to optimize the delivery cycle.
Engage in quality activities within the agile context (e.g. refinement, planning, and retrospectives).
We are looking for a QA oriented to detail and quality, with technical criteria and a mentality of continuous improvement. We value people who enjoy analyzing, anticipating risks and maintaining quality standards over time, working with a focus on collaboration and effective communication.
Experience in testing web and/or mobile applications.
Knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory, among others).
Use of bug management tools (for example, Jira, Azure DevOps or other equivalents).
Basic knowledge of databases and queries (SQL) to support the validation of data and results.
Analytical capacity to evaluate impact, prioritize findings and sustain evidence.
Attention to detail and critical thinking to detect inconsistencies and ensure coverage.
Effective collaboration: clear coordination with development and product, ensuring understanding of requirements.
Good documentation and communication practices (reproducible reports and orderly follow-up).
You will be key to improving the reliability of our deliveries through a disciplined approach to QA, maintaining a proactive attitude towards automation and optimization opportunities.
Experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or other similar tools).
Knowledge of API testing (for example, Postman, REST Assured or equivalent).
Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and participation in the end-to-end development cycle.
Basic programming knowledge to improve scripts, strengthen automation and support test traceability.
Interest in evolving the QA process towards greater coverage and efficiency.
