BC Technology is an IT consultancy that manages portfolios, develops projects and provides outsourcing and professional selection for clients in financial services, insurance, retail and government. We are looking for a SAP HANA QA to ensure the quality and correct functioning of applications and data models on the SAP HANA platform, validating end-to-end business processes and analytical reports. The role is part of a project with a duration until December 2026, with hybrid modality (3 days in-person in Providence and 2 days remote). The candidate will report to quality leaders and work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure high-value, aligned deliverables to business requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain functional and comprehensive test plans in SAP HANA, ensuring business process coverage and data quality.
Collaborate with business/functional teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Validate analytical reports and data models within SAP HANA, verifying data integrity and accuracy of results.
Identify, record and track incidents, proposing effective solutions and verifying their correct implementation.
Automate testing whenever possible, in coordination with the QA and DevOps team.
Participate in design reviews and integration testing with adjacent systems, ensuring traceability between requirements and testing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes, documenting procedures and good practices.
Clearly communicate test and risk status to technical and functional stakeholders.

Knowledge, skills and experience
We are looking for a QA with 3 to 4 years of experience working in SAP HANA environments, with strong focus on functional and comprehensive testing of analytical solutions and master data. Verifiable experience in end‑to‑end business process validation, knowledge of data modeling and analytical report validation is required. Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate results and findings clearly to functional and technical teams. Knowledge in SQL, reporting tools, and agile methodologies will be valued. Language: Spanish; technical English desirable.

Desirable Requirements
Prior experience in SAP HANA and/or BI projects; knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA would be an advantage. QA and SAP related certifications are welcome. Ability to work in dynamic environments, results-oriented, proactive and ability to manage multiple monthly activities simultaneously. Availability for hybrid work and high collaboration with distributed teams.
