In this role, you will act as a technical expert integrating Genesys platforms with GCP-based AI services, leveraging the RASA framework as a core component to build intelligent conversational flows, robust APIs, and scalable architectures that ensure seamless omnichannel experiences.\n \nWhat will you do?\nFull Stack Development\n Lead end-to-end development of scalable applications (frontend and backend)\n Analyze requirements and design software components\n Ensure timely delivery of development tasks and projects\n Prepare user and technical documentation\nConversational AI & CX Solutions (RASA Focus)\n Develop, train, and deploy conversational AI solutions using RASA\n Design and optimize IVR and conversational flows based on NLP/NLU models\n Continuously improve intent recognition and conversational performance\nIntegrations & APIs\n Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware\n Integrate Genesys, RASA, and internal/external systems\n Solve complex integration challenges (webhooks, OAuth, real-time data streaming)\nPlatform & Cloud Engineering\n Configure and extend Genesys Cloud capabilities through custom development\n Work with GCP services to build scalable AI-driven solutions\n Ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based applications\nDevOps & Performance Optimization\n Define and implement CI/CD best practices\n Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions\n Monitor and optimize performance (low latency, high scalability)\nLeadership & Best Practices\n Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers\n Promote best practices in development and DevOps culture\n Ensure high-quality, maintainable code\n \nWhat are we looking for?\n Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields\n Minimum 5 years of software development experience\n At least 2 years of experience working with GCP and integrations\n Proven hands-on experience working specifically with RASA (mandatory)\n Experience integrating Genesys Cloud solutions\n \nKey Skills\n Programming languages: Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript\n Frontend frameworks: React or Angular\n APIs: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets\n Databases: SQL and NoSQL\n Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\n DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions\n Genesys Cloud integrations and development\n English level: B1+\n \nNice to have\n Experience with advanced conversational AI and CX solutions\n Strong experience in microservices architecture\n Exposure to high-traffic, scalable environments\n \nWhat do we offer?\n Permanent contract (Contrato término indefinido)\n Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and conversational technologies\n Exposure to global clients and cloud-based solutions\n Growth opportunities within a high-performance environment\n \nIf you are passionate about conversational AI, RASA, and building scalable cloud-based solutions, we invite you to apply and be part of our Innovation & Transformation team",
