FUNCTIONS
Management of software to maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Answer incoming and outgoing calls
Offer and confirm appointments and support clients with technologies
Billings, payments, agreements and collection of outstanding accounts
Manage the agenda of the firm's lawyers
Customer service (Through all channels text message, WhatsApp, Email, social networks)
Manage internal communications
Keep records of your daily activities and other reports requested by the law firm
Create and update standard procedures
Immediate availability
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
