Job Description
We are looking for a Freelance Bilingual Recruiter in Medellín, with experience conducting interviews in English in high-level IT profiles, to support selection processes under virtual modality.
Required profile:
Experience in recruiting and selecting IT profiles (senior/senior positions). Advanced level of English/bilingual (experience conducting interviews in English is essential.
Preparation of reports on the selection process in English. If your account has access to Linkedin, we can offer you the testing and computing platform to publish the offers.
The profiles that this recruiter should look for must have training or experience in programming and development (desirable). Evaluate the ability to constantly communicate with bosses and stakeholders from abroad. 100% virtual work, they can live in any city in Colombia
Responsibilities
Recruitment, evaluation and presentation of candidates for IT profiles. Three shortlists for vacancies
Conduct bilingual interviews (in English)
Complete monitoring of the process until effective closure
Delivery of detailed process reports in English
Conditions
Number of vacancies to be filled: 6 profiles
Payment by effective process (successful closing of the profile)
