Newrest, a transnational company dedicated to the Catering sector, currently expanding in more than 49 countries and present in Peru. We have our operations present in Air Catering, Concessions, Retail and food, maintenance and hotel services in Remote Sites (regime).

We are currently looking for a recruitment and selection freelancer with the following profile:

What are we looking for?

Possess a minimum of 06 months of experience carrying out recruitment through different strategic sources and massive selection processes – operational, whether in person or virtual.
Have experience in broadcasting – agile and dynamic telephone filters, data management, database creation.
Desirable recruiting experience in companies in the field of food services, general services, retail services and/or production companies
Communication skills at all levels, dynamism, initiative and results-oriented.
Have knowledge of MS Excel (handling filters, custom order in data matrix)
Availability to work from Monday to Friday in virtual mode
Availability to carry out a virtual session between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
