Today we are excited because we are starting a new project focused on the massive hiring of operational profiles for the main CEDIS (Distribution Centers) in Monterrey.

Requirements to be part of this team:

Proven experience in recruiting (essential).

Advanced management of job portals (Publication, Boolean search and filtering).

Ability to use social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) as a source of recruiting operational candidates.

Focus on results and ability to work with clear goals.

Residing in Mexico (preferably with knowledge of the Monterrey labor market, although it is not exclusive).
