At HT Best Brands we seek to expand our network of Headhunters and independent recruiters.\nIf you are an independent professional and you are passionate about identifying the best talent, this opportunity is waiting for you.\nWe are looking for a service that meets the following responsibilities:\nPublication of vacancies, active hunting and filtering of candidates at a national level.\nInterviews by competencies and initial evaluations of the requested profiles.\nSending of finalist shortlists with clear and structured.\nFollow-up of the selection process in coordination with our internal team until the vacancy is closed.\nTo collaborate together we require the following:\nExperience: Minimum 2 to 3 years as a Headhunter, Freelance Recruiter or HR Agency Consultant.\nSpecialization: Desirable experience recruiting Salesperson profiles and Sales Supervisors.\nTools: Have your own job boards, professional networks and tools evaluation.\nModality: 100% Remote / Freelance (Management of your own time).\nFiscal: Ability to issue invoices (CFDI) for fees.\nOur corporate office is located in Aguascalientes but you can help us from your city by recruiting local talent.\nAre you interested in joining our network of strategic allies?
