An important company specialized in recruitment and selection processes is looking for Independent Recruiters with experience, to collaborate in attracting operational talent under remote modality.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Age: between 20 and 45 years
* Education: Baccalaureate or Bachelor's degree completed in administrative, Human Resources or related areas
* Minimum experience of 1 year in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative profiles
* Schedule availability (part time)
* Sense of responsibility, organization and commitment
* Ability to work independently
* Preferably live in the state of Guadalajara
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
* Publication and dissemination of vacancies in digital media
* Carrying out curricular filters and initial interviews
* Evaluation of candidates according to the requested profile
* Monitoring of processes until vacancies are filled
