Recruitment and Engagement Associate (REA)\nModality: Remote\n Employment type: Full time\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.\nSalary: COP $2,800,000 + connectivity assistance\nJob Description\nThe Recruiting and Engagement Associate (REA) is responsible for attracting and selecting talent for the Care Professional role, through publications, digital recruitment and networking.\nWorks in conjunction with the Recruiting and Engagement Manager (REM) and acts as a representative of the company, maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics and service.\nResponsibilities\nPublish vacancies and manage candidate databases\nFilter, evaluate and coordinate interviews\nSupport onboarding processes (induction, documentation, training)\nPerform follow-up on candidates during the selection process\nVerify references and required documentation\nMaintain updated records and comply with area metrics\nSupport administrative and recruiting tasks as needed\nRequirements\nExperience in recruitment (minimum 2 years, preferred)\nTechnical or professional training in related areas (or equivalent experience)\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nOrganization, attention to detail and time management\nAbility to work autonomously\nConfidential management of information\nResults orientation and sense of urgency\nProfile\nWe are looking for an organized, proactive and results-oriented person, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and provide an excellent experience to candidates and internal teams.",
