Freelance Recruiter / Remote and Technological Work
(Nuevo León)

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter for a challenging project in Nuevo León, with the ability to work by objectives and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Publish and manage vacancies on various recruitment platforms (OCC, Computrabajo, job boards, etc.).

Carry out the complete recruitment process: from initial contact to interview coordination.

Meet daily and weekly goals for appointments, interviews and hiring.

Actively participate in initial training to master recruiting strategies.

Profile Requirements:

Previous experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Organization capacity and focus on meeting goals.

Self-management and discipline to work remotely with an established schedule.

Work Schedule: Remote and Technological recruitment will be carried out
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays: from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Flexibility is offered to manage your time, as long as goals are achieved. (I work from home)

We offer:
Payment scheme for results: Base salary plus an attractive commission scheme.
Fixed base salary: $1,500 MXN per week.
Commissions: They are paid for each candidate hired from 200 to 1000
