We are looking for recruiters for the Recruitment and Selection team, massive processes, online and part-time (30 hours)!

Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Mission of the position: Execute recruitment and selection processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality coverage of assigned vacancies, and providing a consultative perspective on complex processes, profiling and labor market analysis.

Main responsibilities:
- Publish vacancies on job portals.
- Carry out telephone screening.
- Conduct interviews by competencies.
- Execute complex selection processes (both white collar and blue collar).
- Manage candidate processes until the construction of the hiring file.

Requirements:
- Experience in profiles and massive selection processes (exclusive).
- Ideal management of retail and logistics profiles.
- Job skills: attention to detail, organization, planning, effective communication.
