Position Title: Senior Recruiter\nLocation: Remote\n Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, availability between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM CST\nSome recruiters work 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST\nOthers work 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CST\nCandidates must be available within this full time frame\nBenefits:\nEarly finish on Fridays depending on workload\nJob Description\nThe Senior Recruiter actively sources and engages talent for the organization through outbound recruiting efforts and various digital platforms. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.\nThe position includes highvolume, longcycle recruitment for some clients, requiring ongoing engagement with candidates over several months and meticulous process tracking. A key component of this role is hosting multiple webinars per week, which requires strong communication and public speaking skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nMake outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent\nRespond to inbound referrals and employment inquiries and convert them into interviews\nConduct recorded video interviews, screening, and applicant testing\nCoordinate and conduct several interviews per day\nParticipate in recruiting events and job fairs\nSubmit applications and maintain accurate candidate documentation\nAssist with background checks and reference checks\nTrack and manage candidates throughout the hiring process\nMaintain complete and uptodate records in internal software systems\nTransfer and organize data for analysis, reporting, and presentations\nSupport the Staffing Coordinator in facilitating the hiring process\nHost multiple weekly webinars, presenting information clearly and engagingly to potential candidates\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 2 years of recruiting experience\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1C2)\nProven ability to manage highvolume, longcycle recruitment while maintaining candidate engagement\nStrong organizational and documentation skills\nAbility to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment\nComfortable with public speaking, especially in webinar presentations\nProficiency with:\nApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nGoogle Workspace (G Suite)\nVideo conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)",
