We are in full growth and we are looking for a Human Resources Analyst with commercial experience and a trainer to strengthen our talent attraction, selection and development processes.\nMain functions\nManage recruitment and selection processes from start to finish: publication of vacancies, filtering, interviews, evaluation and closing.\nManage and optimize the use of recruitment software and job boards.\nKeep candidate and collaborator information updated in the CRM.\nDesign and execute training and induction programs for staff.\nPrepare reports and indicators of the selection process (times, conversion, rotation).\nEnsure compliance with current labor legislation in the hiring processes.\nSupport in the selection of commercial profiles, understanding the needs of the sales area.\nRequirements\nGraduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations or similar.\nMinimum experience of 2 years in recruitment and selection of personnel.\nExperience in personnel training.\nExperience in commercial areas or processes (desirable in selecting sales profiles).\nProven experience working remotely.\nKnowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.\nManagement of recruitment software (ATS) and platforms such as Computrabajo, Pandapé, LinkedIn or others.\nManagement of CRM.\nProficiency in office automation (intermediate-advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nActive use of artificial intelligence tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) applied to people management.\nUpdated tools and knowledge in digital recruitment trends.\nCompetencies\nOrganization and results orientation.\nEffective communication and negotiation skills.\nDiscipline for remote work.\nAdaptability and interest in technology.\nWe offer\nModality: REMOTE\nHours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00pm\nMYPE company law benefits\nEntry to payroll from the first day.\nGrowth opportunity in an expanding company",
