Newrest is a transnational company dedicated to the Catering sector, currently expanding in more than 58 countries and present in Peru. Oriented towards gastronomy; We maintain our operations present in Air Catering, Concessions, Retail and services in Remote Sites, the latter covering food, maintenance and hotel services.

We are currently looking for RECRUITERS with the following profile:

Requirements:

-Technical or university graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related careers.
-Minimum experience of 06 months in mass recruitment for operational positions and/or middle management
-Knowledge about virtual recruitment and massive selection processes – operational.
-Experience in database management, base building, telephone filtering, interviews at an operational level.
-Management of MS Excel at a basic level (Management of data tables, advanced filters, formulas)
-Availability to work virtually from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
-Availability to work 1 month as a freelancer
-If you are interested, after 1 month you can enter the form, in-person hours from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., located in Callao, 5 minutes from the old Airport.

-Execution of the recruitment process, selection of assigned operations personnel
-Coordinate all activities regarding the flow from recruitment to the incorporation of the selected person according to the assigned operation
-Establish and adapt recruitment and selection tools to execute dynamic, agile and effective processes.
-Control and monitoring of requirement matrices, personnel monitoring, exit surveys.
