OC People & Services is looking for a Recruiter / International Selection Consultant with experience in selection consultancies, headhunting and recruiting technical and managerial profiles. You will manage complete selection processes for Spanish and Portuguese clients in construction, engineering and corporate profiles sectors, working autonomously and with a high volume of processes.

Main functions:
- Manage complete recruitment and selection processes for companies in Spain and Portugal
- Publish offers on specialized portals: LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Computrabajo and others
- Carry out direct search (headhunting) of candidates
- Recruit operational, technical, administrative, commercial, technological and managerial profiles
- Select specialized profiles: architects, civil engineers, construction managers, construction managers, draftsmen, construction technicians, mechanical, electrical and electromechanical engineers
- Conduct competency-based interviews and virtual interviews
- Prepare selection reports and present candidates to clients
- Follow up on candidates throughout the process
- Manage candidate databases and update CRM
- Maintain constant communication with clients and candidates
- Meet coverage time and quality indicators

Mandatory requirements:
- Technician, Technologist or Professional in Organizational Psychology, Human Talent Management, HR or similar
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in *selection consultancies, temporary services companies or headhunting firms* — experience in TOP consultancies with high volume of processes will be highly valued.
- Experience carrying out selection processes at different organizational levels
- Experience recruiting technical profiles: civil engineers, construction managers, purchasing managers, managers, mechanical, electrical and electromechanical engineers — HIGHLY VALUED*
- Management of interviews by competencies
- Excellent writing and preparation of selection reports
- Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ATS or recruiting CRM (Kapei or similar)
- Management of LinkedIn Recruiter, InfoJobs, Computrabajo and other job boards
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Agility, results orientation and ability to work autonomously

It will be especially valued
- *English level B2 or higher — HIGHLY VALUED* (the company has international expansion plans)
- Previous experience recruiting for the Spanish or European market
- Experience in construction, civil works and engineering sectors

Remuneration:

COP salary / month | EUR / month (approx.)
Experienced (2–3 years) | $4,000,000 | ~€1,048
Senior + advanced English | $5,500,000 | ~€1,441

Remuneration according to experience and level of English.
