Job Description

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support the management of massive selection processes, results-oriented and with high operator profile management capacity.

Main functions
- Management of massive recruitment processes from end to end.
- Publication of job offers and curricular filter.
- Validation of profiles according to client requirements.
- Conducting interviews (telephone and/or video call).
- Follow-up of candidates during the process.
- Loyalty and maintenance of active candidate base.

Requirements
- Training in Psychology, Administration or related field.
- Experience in recruitment and selection in massive recruitment processes (operator profiles)
- Own Work Tools (Phone and Computer)
- Availability of publication in RRSS.
- High organization, autonomy and results orientation.

Conditions:
Income: 750,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday + weekend work availability
Fee Bill
Payment date: from the 5th of each month.",
