Job Description

Romy Consulting connects Latin American talent with companies in the United States. We are looking for independent recruiters with a network of contacts in Honduras to find bilingual candidates in administration, customer service, marketing, operations and technical areas.

What you will do:
- Search and contact candidates for our active vacancies
- Make a first filter call in Spanish and English
- Send candidates who meet the profile through our form

Payment: fixed bonus in dollars for each candidate hired, from USD $350 to $700 depending on the position. It is paid in three parts: 50% on the candidate's start date, 25% on the 30th day and 25% on the 60th day, as long as the candidate is still active.

100% remote work, with flexible hours. It is a collaboration as an independent contractor, not an employment relationship.",
