We are a leading Mexican company in Human Resources and Information Technologies\n\nJunior Recruiter - Remote\n\nWe are looking for a Junior Recruiter who wants to learn, grow professionally and form part of a dynamic team specialized in attracting talent to the Information Technology sector.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work or related career (graduated or current).\nExperience of 6 months to 1 year in recruitment and selection of personnel.\nExperience in recruiting IT profiles (desirable, not indispensable).\nEnglish (preferred).\nPacket management Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, among others).\nMain activities\nPublication of vacancies in different job exchanges.\nSearching, attracting and selecting talent for positions in the area of Information Technology.\nConducting competency-based interviews and technical interviews (with training).\nFollowing up candidates throughout the recruitment process selection.\nElaboration and updating of databases and recruitment reports.\nCompliance with vacancy coverage objectives in time and quality.\nConstant communication with candidates and internal clients.\n¿What are we looking for?\nDynamic, proactive and results-oriented persona.\nExcellent service attitude and ease of communication.\nInitiative and desire to learn.\nCapacity for analysis and problem solving.\nOrganization and follow-up.\nIntegrity, responsibility and professional ethics.\nWe train you\nIt is not necessary to rely on technical knowledge in Information Technology.
