Job Description

We are looking for a Work Psychologist to join our Recruitment and Selection team in Santiago on a part-time basis (30 hours)!

Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Mission of the position: Execute recruitment and selection processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality coverage of assigned vacancies, and providing a consultative perspective on complex processes, profiling and labor market analysis.

Main responsibilities:
- Publish vacancies on job portals.
- Carry out telephone screening.
- Conduct interviews by competencies.
- Execute complex selection processes.
- Manage candidate processes until the construction of the hiring file.

Requirements:
- Careers: Labor / Organizational Psychologist.
- Management of massive personnel hiring (Exclusive).
- Job skills: attention to detail, organization, planning, effective communication, proactivity, energy profile.
- Availability to appear at Las Condes offices, Conchalí branch, La Florida and at job fairs.
