Job Description

We are looking for talent with solid experience in recruiting group credit profiles, with the ability to attract, evaluate and select candidates effectively under a 100% Home Office modality.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and selection of commercial profiles related to group loans.
Publication and dissemination of vacancies in different recruitment sources.
Active search and attraction of candidates.
Interviews and application of selection filters.
Timely follow-up of candidates during the process.
Integration and validation of files.
Compliance with coverage and income objectives.
Preparation and monitoring of recruitment indicators.

Requirements

Completed degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or similar.
2 to 3 years of experience essential in recruiting group credit profiles, credit advisors, financial promoters or similar.
Experience in mass recruitment and/or commercial profiles.
Management of different recruitment sources.
Excel and digital tools.
Excellent communication, organization and follow-up.
Orientation to results and achievement of goals.
Have computer equipment and a stable internet connection.
