What You'll Do:
-Review applications from our extensive pool of international candidates.
-Take detailed notes on applicant qualifications and potential fit for various roles.
-Conduct interviews with promising candidates, assessing their skills and suitability.
-Shortlist top candidates for our current open positions based on a thorough evaluation process.

As part of our recruitment team, you'll be at the forefront of our staffing efforts. Your role requires a balance of independent work and collaboration, ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with the overall objectives of the company.

-Engaging Communicator: Naturally connects with people and assesses their fit for roles.
-Outgoing and Personable: Builds trust easily so applicants open up.
-Detail-Oriented: Accurately captures candidate profiles and matches them to organizational needs.
-Strong Writing Skills: Writes clear, professional communications like candidate notes during an interview in companies CRM.
-Communication-Driven Experience: Experience in roles where frequent conversation was key — asking questions, explaining information, and engaging comfortably with new people throughout the day. This could come from work in customer service, sales, education, hospitality, healthcare, or similar people-focused roles.
-Adaptive and Open-Minded: Understands diverse needs of each position.
