Recruiter\n Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. CST (occasional availability until 8:00 p.m. CST)\n Mode: Remote\n Language: English C1-C2 (oral and written)\nJob Description\nThe Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and managing talent for the organization through recruiting calls, video interviews, process coordination and support to the Staffing Coordinator. This role includes managing high-demand processes and long cycles, maintaining constant interaction with candidates. Additionally, ease of public speaking is required as multiple weekly webinars will be held.\nResponsibilities\nMake outbound recruiting calls and handle incoming queries.\nConduct video interviews and testing of candidates.\nCoordinate interviews, job fairs and recruiting events.\nManage selection processes: applications, references and verifications.\nMaintain up-to-date records in the system and organized reports.\nPresent weekly webinars in a clear manner and attractive.\nSpecific requirements\nExperience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment.\nLanguage: English level C1-C2 (oral and written).\nExperience in high-volume and long cycle recruitment.\nAbility to speak in public and present webinars.\nManagement of ATS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and videoconferencing tools (Zoom/Teams).\nAbility to work in dynamic environments and under pressure.\n Ready to apply?
