The selected person will be responsible for leading the recruitment and selection process for different operational positions within the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Publication of job offers on different platforms
• Active search for candidates
• Filtering of CVs and preselection of profiles
• Conducting initial interviews
• Coordination of interviews with the team
• Management of the hiring and onboarding process
• Organization of documentation for new employees

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting or human resources (desirable)
• Good use of digital tools
• Organization and communication skills
