Job Description

Mission of the position
Effectively manage the recruitment of a high volume of candidates, guaranteeing the quality of the selection processes, curricular screening and interviews, with high commitment and alignment to Peruvian culture and geography. Ensure accurate reports to your manager, operating in teleworking mode.

Main roles and responsibilities
Capture and management of candidates
• Manage the attraction and capture of large volumes of candidates in different channels (portals, social networks, databases, references).
• Screen resumes efficiently, identifying candidates that meet the requirements of each position.
• Coordinate and conduct virtual interviews, evaluating technical and soft skills and level of commitment.
• Guarantee adequate response times to candidates and hiring managers.
Coordination and reports
• Report weekly or monthly to your manager on recruitment indicators (number of candidates, interviews conducted, acceptances, rejection).
• Keep the candidate tracking system (ATS or other platforms) updated.
• Collaborate with HR teams and area managers to adjust recruitment profiles and strategies.
Cultural and geographical knowledge
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Peruvian culture, geographic areas and local particularities to attract talent.
• Adapt recruitment strategies considering regions, schedules, languages ​​and work modalities.
Quality, commitment and follow-up
• Guarantee selection processes with a high degree of commitment and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and responsible management of candidate information.
• Propose continuous improvements to the company's recruitment and selection processes.
