Recruiter (Home Care) Remote\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in the home care and healthcare sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service or administrative support who possess strong communication skills and the ability to follow structured processes.\nThe Recruiter will support candidate sourcing, initial screenings, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.\n\nWork Schedule\nRemote position\nMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (EST)\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSource candidates using job boards, ATS platforms, and internal tools\nConduct initial candidate screenings using structured interview guides\nCoordinate interviews and manage the recruitment workflow from start to finish\nMaintain accurate and organized records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\nCommunicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders\nFollow established recruitment processes, workflows, and compliance guidelines\nSupport administrative recruitment tasks and documentation\nLearn and apply best practices in home care and healthcare recruiting\nScreen and respond to initial candidate applications and inquiries\nManage onboarding tasks for new hires through platforms such as WorkBright\nUtilize tools such as Indeed, university job boards, and internal systems\nAssist with payroll, billing, invoicing, and audit-related tasks\nSupport new customer onboarding processes from shared inboxes\nContribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment\n\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBackground in customer service, administrative support, or related field\nGood English communication skills (written and spoken) MUST\nStrong ability to follow structured processes and detailed instructions\nExcellent organizational skills and high attention to detail\nComfortable using digital tools, ATS, and HR systems\nStrong interpersonal and rapport-building skills\nWillingness to learn recruitment processes and healthcare industry standards\nReliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience using ATS platforms such as WorkBright\nFamiliarity with recruitment tools like Indeed and university job boards\nExposure to healthcare or home care recruiting",
