We are looking for a person specialized in high-performance copywriting for the creation of Video Sales Letters (VSL). The position is focused on building complete sales narratives for demanding B2B audiences within the growth and performance marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Develop complete VSL scripts to present and sell the company's value proposition to profiles such as founders, Heads of Growth, CMOs and acquisition teams.
Build the complete structure of the message: headline, hook, problem, differential mechanism, test, objections, transitions and CTA.
Explain and reinforce the role of creativity as a key performance lever on platforms like Meta.
Understand in depth the product and acquisition challenges in paid media environments.
Collaborate in the creation of complementary assets such as landing pages, headlines and objection scripts.
Requirements:
Experience in copywriting for VSLs, sales pages or high-converting funnels.
Mastery of persuasion structures: hook, problem, mechanism, proof, objections and closure.
Knowledge of performance marketing, acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
Ability to communicate to senior audiences such as founders, CMOs and heads of growth.
Conversion-oriented profile (not generalist content copywriting).
Experience in performance or growth marketing environments (valued).
