Job Description
We are looking for a person to join the marketing team and participate in the creation of content and campaigns. The position is oriented towards creative writing, with a direct impact on brand communication and product launches.
Responsibilities:
Help conceptualize and write integrated marketing campaigns, from ideas and slogans to scripts and advertising copy.
Collaborate with the product marketing team on writing and messaging for launches, including ad scripts, web pages, sales pages, emails and advertisements.
Write results-oriented texts (ads, emails, AEO/SEO) and optimize them based on performance.
Collaborate with the design studio to develop visually and verbally coherent pieces.
Maintain the brand voice adapting it to the channel, the audience and each phase of the cycle.
Edit and improve texts within the organization, transforming drafts into clear, attractive and easy-to-read content.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (spoken, written and read).
7+ years of experience in copywriting or creative positions.
Portfolio that demonstrates the development and execution of campaigns, including concepts and final pieces.
Ability to present and defend creative proposals clearly before management and other parties involved, based on arguments and data.
Ability to write in different styles (inspirational, minimalist, technical, humorous or urgent), maintaining brand coherence.
Good narrative judgment to connect the story with the brand, product and business objectives.
Experience working with different teams, changing deadlines and review processes.
Ability to collaborate with product, design, brand and growth teams, as well as with management profiles.
Ability to manage several projects at the same time and organize the workload autonomously.
Use of AI tools to generate ideas, improve texts and increase creative quality.

Salary to receive
$120,000 - $130,000 / year
