The position involves creating and improving written content for websites and technical documentation materials, as well as preparing user guides for software products and construction materials. The position requires attention to detail, management of technical information and the ability to transform complex data into clear and structured texts.
Responsibilities:
Writing texts for company websites, including product descriptions, service pages and information materials.
Preparation of user guides and instructions for the company's software products.
Preparation of structural technical information on the use of construction materials.
Text configuration for interaction and presentation of marketing materials.
Editing and improvement of existing documentation.
Using technical product commands to obtain functional information.
Requirements:
Experience in writing texts with a focus on technical documentation on complete applications.
Ability to write texts in a structured way in any text editor.
Knowledge of basic principles for creating user guides and instructions.
Ability to transform technical information into clear texts.
Effective communication and openness to receiving feedback.
Responsibility and fulfillment of tasks within established deadlines.
Proactivity and willingness to improve documentation processes.
Experience in IT or in the telecommunications sector will be valued.

Salary to receive
$800 - $1,500 / month
