Job Description

At ADN – Human Resources we are looking for a UX Analyst / Remote for an Important Company.



Requirements:

-Probable experience of three to four years.

-Student or graduate of Technology careers (Deseable).

-Experience in designing web application interfaces for commercial or public use (Excluding).

- Familiarity with design thinking techniques and processes, applying a user-centered approach to the development of digital products.

-Experience in UX research techniques, such as flow diagrams, proto-personas, value propositions, information architecture diagrams and journey maps.

-General knowledge of marketing and product development, as well as research methodologies (surveys, interviews, A/B testing, focus groups) relevant to research and design testing.

-Design Tools: Management of design tools such as Figma, Marvel, Adobe XD and other similar tools.

Tasks to be developed:

-Investigate and understand problems to be resolved using appropriate methodologies to collect relevant information.

-Identify and analyze interaction points between users and the system to obtain a holistic view of the ecosystem.

-Validate identified problems and propose viable and effective solutions.

-Create low and medium fidelity design proposals, developing wireframes and mockups that represent possible solutions.

-Perform iterative tests to evaluate proposals, using use cases and test scenarios to validate the effectiveness of the design.

Prepare and deliver clear and detailed documentation for the implementation of requirements by the development team.
