Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist / 100% Remote for an Important Company.
Requirements:
-Minimum experience of two to three years in a digital marketing agency managing advertising campaigns.
-Verifiable experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Mercado Libre Ads (exclusive).
-Knowledge in creation, planning, segmentation, optimization and scaling of multichannel campaigns.
-Mastery of B2B and B2C strategies, adapting campaigns to each business model.
-Management of budgets and optimization of advertising investment.
-Knowledge in remarketing, lookalike audiences, conversion tracking and sales funnels.
-Analytical skills: interpretation of metrics, reporting and generation of actionable insights.
-Ability to work in a team and experience collaborating with creatives, designers and social media managers.
-Intermediate/advanced level of Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.
Desirable knowledge:
-Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads Academy or similar.
-Experience in international campaigns.
-Knowledge in marketing automation / CRM / email marketing.
-Management of high volume advertising budgets.
-Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns (negotiation, coordination and measurement of results).
-Knowledge in digital and offline media: campaigns in newspapers, magazines and public billboards.
Main responsibilities:
-Design, plan and execute campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
-Adapt strategies to different industries (B2B and B2C) and business objectives.
-Perform daily/continuous optimization of campaigns to maximize ROI.
-A/B testing of ads, copy, segmentations and landings.
-Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) and generate clear reports.
-Scale successful campaigns and detect growth opportunities.
-Keep up to date with paid media trends and new platform functionalities.
