Description: At ADN – Human Resources we are looking for a Functional Analyst – Implementation Consultant (OFS) / 100% Remote for an Important Company.

Requirements:

-More than two years of proven experience in implementing IT solutions (desirable to include solutions related to the area of Customer Experience, Sales, Aftermarket, Marketing).

-Desirable training: University experience (although not completed) in analytical careers (computer science, mathematics, engineering, administration, etc.).

-Languages: Intermediate/high level of English.

-Have performed the role of functional analyst in some World Class solution (Example: SAP, Oracle Fusion, Siebel, Salesforce, etc.).

-Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies.

Desireables:

-Knowledge/experience in certain industries (such as services).

-Knowledge in business applications and processes (Specialization in ERP, CRM, or logistical/financial processes).

Tasks to be developed:

-The role encompasses the complete life cycle of the OFS solution, from design to support and maintenance.

-Analysis and Functional Design:

-Analyze business processes and design functional models of applications that support these processes.

-Reflect on the client's business needs.

-Analyze business requirements and identify changing or improving processes and applications.

-Define functional specifications for new developments or changes to existing ones.

-Implementation and Consultancy:

-Realization of presentations and demos.

-Participation in projects as an implementer, adapting the existing solution and customizing the solution to meet the different use cases of each client.

-Coordinate and execute unitary and integral tests.

-Plan and execute data conversions and get started.

-Support and Documentation:

-Document changes and designs according to defined standards and given methodologies.

-Providing training and support to users.

-Provide support and corrective/evolutionary maintenance.
