Job Description

At ADN – Human Resources we are looking for a Sr. Lead AI Engineer / 100% Remote / paid in USD for an Important Company.



Requirements:

-Over eight years of experience developing software and artificial intelligence.

-Mastery of Python (FastAPI), LLMs, Neo4j, and AWS/microservices architectures.

-Experience in RAG, evaluation of models and confidence metrics.

-Technical leadership and communication skills.

-Knowledge of CI/CD, performance and scalability.

Tasks to be developed:

-Lead the design and development of next generation AI systems.

-Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and storage in Neo4j.

-Build productive, scalable and reliable AI/ML services.

-Implement evaluation frameworks and confidence metrics.

-Design management strategies for incomplete or sensitive knowledge.

-Collaborate with product and cloud teams for technical decisions.

-Drive the evolution of architectures and mentor the technical team.



Remote work.

Hours: Monthly to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (Eastern USA time).",
