Job Description
We are looking for a FinOps Markets Associate to join our team. This position is essential to guarantee the integral flow of the company. You will be responsible for validating, analyzing and monitoring dLocal's financial flows, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical and passionate about problem solving and efficiency.
Achieving success in this role requires solid knowledge of Excel and a strong focus on continuous improvement in an agile and constantly evolving environment.
Mission: Execute the processes to reconcile all the company's transactional flows, guaranteeing their correct registration and compliance with the audit processes.
Execute processes to review automated reconciliation results, analyzing discrepancies and identifying and reporting potential related issues.
Ensure that all processes are executed in accordance with committed SLAs.
Identify, report, analyze and resolve discrepancies detected during the conciliation process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Experience in internal/external auditing, business assurance, reconciliations or financial/operational positions in multinational companies.
Strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage large data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
Ability to quickly adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.
Enthusiastic, motivated and self-confident, with a proactive approach to driving change.
Excellent time management and organization skills. ? Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to manage large data sets and produce clear and actionable reports; Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Contract conditions:
4 month long project.
