Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Public Tenders / Part-time – Freelance 15 hours a week / Remote for an Important Company.

Requirements:
-Experience of between three and ten years in Argentine public tenders.
-Complete secondary.
-Real and verifiable experience in Argentine public tenders.
-Experience operating bidding processes from the supplier side.
-Practical knowledge of technical specifications, administrative specifications and bidding portals.
-Experience in municipal and/or provincial processes.

Desirable knowledge:
-Public lighting.
-Electrical energy.
-Solar energy / renewable energies.
-Urban infrastructure.
-Municipal public works.

Tasks to develop:
-Identify and analyze public bidding opportunities (mainly throughtrabajopublica.com).
-Evaluate technical and administrative documents.
-Strategically define which tenders should be submitted and which should not.
-Direct and supervise the preparation of the technical offer.
-Direct and supervise the preparation of administrative documentation (assembly by internal staff).
-Ensure the correct presentation of offers.
-Carry out active monitoring of the bidding processes.
-Manage technical approval processes for products (presentation, pilot tests, technical meetings and monitoring).
-Interact with municipalities and public organizations.
-Leverage on relationships with public officials or build them.
-Interact directly with company partners and participate in strategic decisions.
-Maximize the rate of won bids.
