Leading company in the sector selects a real-time management (GTR) specialist for collections on multiple digital channels to expand its operations team.

Days and Hours of Work: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hybrid Modality: 3 office x 2 HO

Tasks, Functions and Responsibilities
\"\ Control and monitoring of the sending of massive campaigns on digital channels such as SMS, email, IVR, bots and other automated means.
\"\ Real-time monitoring of dialer, inbound campaigns and manual calls; making operational adjustments based on traffic and available staffing
\"\ Supervise the performance of collections/sales campaigns, analyzing operational and contactability metrics
\"\ Coordinate with the sales/collections team to ensure the effective execution of the designed strategies
\"\ Keep up to date with best practices and trends in digital collections.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in digital campaign management and metrics analysis. Preferably in debt collections and management.
Knowledge of digital campaign management tools, CRM and dialers
Analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics (Contactability, productivity, etc.)
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as a team and coordinate with different departments.
Management of office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic management of BI at the user level (Reading dashboards, filters and simple analysis of metrics)
