Description: At ADN – Human Resources we are looking for a SAP Leader / 100% Remote / USD Pay for an Important Company.

Requirements:

-Eight to twelve years or more of experience in SAP project/program management or technical leadership positions.

-Experience in the ASAP methodology and demonstrated experience in large-scale ERP implementations is required.

-Financial proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing large multi-year budgets and complex financial forecasts.

-Tool Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow or similar PPM platforms.

-Technical depth: Solid knowledge of WRICEF objects, SAP data migration and integration environments.

-Leadership: Experience leading, structuring and training project management teams in a PMO environment.

-Language: Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written) is required for interaction with international stakeholders. Communication: Exceptional negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.

Desirable requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent high-level certification (PMP, SAP Certified).

-Experience in high security environments or large-scale industrial sectors.

-Advanced command of MS Office (Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive reports).

Responsibilities:

-Project leadership: Lead and execute large-scale SAP ERP implementations from scratch, applying specialized knowledge of the ASAP methodology and agile methodologies.

-Life cycle management: Plan and supervise all phases (Initiation, Design, Construction, Testing, Implementation and Stabilization), guaranteeing strict compliance with deadlines and strategic objectives.

-Technical governance: Oversee the delivery of WRICEF/FRICEW objects, guiding the progression from functional specifications to technical construction (TUT/FUT).

-Workflow Coordination: Drive data conversion and integration workflows, ensuring accurate mapping and comprehensive integration between SAP and legacy systems.

-Financial supervision: Manage multi-year program budgets with rigorous forecasts, variation analysis and cost control.

-Staff Leadership: Lead and train project management staff within the SAP Delivery Center, establishing high-performance team structures. Standardization: Promote and enforce PMO standards, tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow) and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

-Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing transparent reporting and proactive risk mitigation.
