Description: At ADN – Human Resources we are looking for a Backend Technical Leader (Java / Microservices / Azure) / Remote / 2 vacancies for an Important Company.



Requirements:

-Verifiable experience as a Technical Leader / Technical Reference.

-Solid experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.

-Experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.

-Experience with messaging, ideally Azure Service Bus.

-Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.

-Experience or knowledge in .NET (C#) and openness to working with technologies associated with Dynamics (X++).

Desirable knowledge:

-Experience in ERP migration or implementation projects.

-Knowledge in Dynamics 365 or SAP.

-Basic knowledge of frontend (e.g. Angular).

Tasks to develop:

-Act as a technical reference for the assigned team (without direct report).

-Execute and ensure the correct implementation of the architecture based on microservices and events.

-Actively participate in the development (hands-on role).

-Technically coordinate with the ERP implementation consultancy (Dynamics).

-Interact with business areas to identify needs and translate them into technical solutions.

-Ensure integration between legacy systems and new platforms.

-Promote good development practices, quality and DevOps culture.
