The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director in Costa Rica. Your mission is to expand our footprint by identifying and onboarding merchants, retailers, and service providers who want to modernize their payment systems by accepting cryptocurrency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Actively hunt for new B2B opportunities across LATAM.
Merchant Acquisition: Pitch ForumPay’s solutions to local and regional businesses (hotels, real estate, retail, etc.).
Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships and guide clients through the onboarding process.
Market Growth: Promote the adoption of crypto as a mainstream payment method in LATAM.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in Sales or Business Development.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of cryptocurrency and the payments/fintech industry.
Local Network: Strong connections within the Costa Rican and LATAM business community.
Language: Fluency in Spanish and a high level of English (as we are an international team).
Mindset: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
