Job Description

Agrosuper is a Chilean company dedicated to feeding the good things in life, with an integrated operation that ranges from the production of animal feed to processing plants, distribution and international sales. In Costa, the Corporate Affairs Management seeks to incorporate a Community Relations Officer to manage the relationship with communities and territorial actors, strengthening the local presence and the sustainability of operations. The position is part of a team that promotes programs aimed at local development, social cohesion and the license to operate, ensuring two-way communication and a constant flow of information with communities and interest groups.

Main functions
Manage the relationship with communities and territorial actors, ensuring social validation and the license to operate.
Develop and maintain permanent and two-way communication channels with communities, promoting fluid dialogue aligned with local realities.
Record and report community management, maintaining updated information on activities, leaders and interest groups.
Identify and analyze socio-community risks associated with the operation of the company.
Execute community programs defined by Corporate Affairs, contributing to the sustainability and continuity of the operation.

Desirable requirements and profile
2 to 3 years of experience in community work and/or intervention with people (desirable).
Proven experience in community mediation and conflict management (exclusive).
Class B license.
Availability for field work.
Knowledge of digital media (desirable).
