We are a high-volume, US-based real estate investment firm specializing in Novations—a sophisticated creative finance strategy. This model allows us to provide better solutions for homeowners and offer significantly higher commission structures to our sales team compared to standard real estate investment firms.

We are currently seeking two elite, highly motivated Acquisition Managers to handle high-intent PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and PPL (Pay-Per-Lead) leads. If you are a consultative sales professional who excels at guiding clients through complex financial situations to reach win-win solutions, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Consultative Closing: Convert high-intent PPC (1:10 target) and PPL leads (1:20 target) into signed contracts.

Strategic Problem Solving: Utilize our Novation model to bridge the gap between homeowner expectations and market realities.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a sales pipeline using RESimpli, ensuring relentless and professional follow-up.

Lead Response: Act with immediate speed-to-lead, managing high call volumes during US Central/Eastern business hours.

Requirements

Language: Advanced/Bilingual English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent conversational fluidity and reading comprehension.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in US Real Estate Acquisitions or high-ticket B2C/B2B outbound sales.

Sales Acumen: Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build quick, genuine rapport and negotiate effectively.

Technical Setup: A dedicated, quiet home office equipped with a noise-canceling headset and a stable internet connection (20 MBPS minimum).

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Negotiable based on experience (Paid in USD).

Commissions: Aggressive, uncapped per-deal commission structure.

Earning Potential: Top performers consistently bill between $3,000 and $4,500+ USD per month.
