As we expand into new markets, we are looking for a data-driven Ecommerce & Wholesale Operations Manager to join our team.\nIn this role, you will be the bridge between sales, marketing, and logistics. You will be responsible for optimizing our Shopify storefront, managing wholesale workflows, and building the intelligence behind our inventory and demand planning. Shopify Ecommerce Management\nManage and optimize the Shopify storefront, including product listings, navigation, and merchandising.\nImplement DTC strategies such as bundles, cross-sells, loyalty programs, and subscriptions.\nMonitor and improve key metrics: Conversion Rate, AOV, Retention, and site performance.\nManage Shopify apps, AI tools, and automation workflows to drive efficiency.\nAlign with Marketing for sales events, email flows (Klaviyo), and paid media campaigns.\n2. Wholesale Channel Operations \nOversee B2B order workflows, including account setup, price sheets, and reorder cycles.\nSupport field teams with in-store promotions and new SKU launches.\nMaintain wholesale dashboards to track velocity, account performance, and demand spikes.\nEnsure inventory alignment between DTC, wholesale, and warehouse counts.\n3. Inventory Intelligence & Demand Planning \nBuild real-time dashboards tracking SKU velocity and inventory levels.\nSet up automated alerts for low inventory, raw materials, or packaging.\nCreate forward-looking demand signals based on historical data and promotional calendars.\nProvide weekly insights to leadership to support proactive production scheduling.\n4. Automation & Systems Optimization \nIdentify and implement new integrations to reduce manual work.\nConnect Shopify, Klaviyo, and reporting tools for seamless data flow.\nContinuously refine processes to improve accuracy and visibility across the company.\nQualifications \nThe Essentials:\n35 years of experience in Ecommerce Management, Shopify, or CPG Operations (Flexible).\nExpert-level Shopify knowledge: You know the apps, the analytics, and how to optimize for conversion.\nAnalytical Mindset: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard tools.\nStrong Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and fulfillment.\nStartup Ready: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in an evolving environment.\nBonus Points (Pluses):\nExperience in Beverage, Healt or Wellness industries.\nAdvanced experience with Klaviyo or automation tools (Zapier, etc.).\nHard Skills at a Glance \nShopify Platform Optimization\nB2B / Wholesale Workflows\nData Analytics & Forecasting\nInventory Management Tools\nSystem Integrations\nAre you ready to build the future of our brand?
